Craftcore · Business process automation · Dayton, Ohio
Take the repetitive work off your team.
If your staff do a job by hand every week, I build software that does most of it. A person stays in charge of anything that needs judgment.

What I automate
Each one is something I have already built.
Documents and data entry
A reader for about 20 tax form types. Case study
Intake and onboarding
A 41-question intake filled in from meeting transcripts. Case study
Reports and summaries
Daily, weekly and monthly summaries for a firm's advisors.
Connecting your systems
A nightly CRM import, and time entries posted to a team's chat.
Research and monitoring
Daily collection from hundreds of sources, and a price monitor. Case study
Answers from your own data
Plain-English search over a firm's client records.

What does one manual job cost you?
Pick a job your team does by hand every week. Put in your own numbers.
This job costs you about
$17,500
500 hours a year, over 50 working weeks.
With automated, you get back
$8,750
250 hours a year.
The share is your estimate. Measuring it is the first thing I do.

I watch and measure
How often the job happens, how long it takes, what a mistake costs.
I build it into your tools
The automation runs inside the software you already use.
Your staff stay in charge
Routine cases run alone. Anything uncertain goes to a person, with the reason.
- No guessing. Missing information stays blank and a person is asked.
- Measured results. Tested on examples checked by hand.
- You know where your data goes. Enterprise AI services with business data terms, and a list of what leaves your office.
- Plain answers. I say what software cannot do reliably before you pay for it.
Where AI fits
I use AI where it does well: reading documents and transcripts, and answering plain-English questions. Ordinary code does the arithmetic, and a person reviews before anything is saved.
Ways to work together
Every piece of work is quoted as a fixed price, in writing, before it starts.
Process audit
One or two manual jobs measured. A written report and a fixed quote.
Pilot
One job automated on your real data, with 30 days of support.
Project
A full build in stages, each at a fixed price.
Ongoing support
I watch the system, fix problems and make small changes.
